Diaphragm Metering / Dosing Pump
The driving member in this pump is a flexible diaphragm. The advantage of this arrangement is elimination of all gland packings and seals which are exposed to the liquid being pumped. This is an important feature when used with hazardous, toxic or corrosive liquids.

Diaphragm runs in oil bath which increases the life of Diaphragm. Hydraulic oil operated pumps are available from 2 Ltrs/hr to 6000 Ltrs/hr & Pressure up to 10 kg/cm2 with assurance of 100% Leak Proof. Diaphragm works as a seal for the liquid. Diaphragm Pumps has inbuilt pressure relief valve acts as a safeguard for Diaphragm when the pressure increases beyond the rated pressure.
